Branch Overview

IESCI Portland is an electrical construction contractor specializing in the commercial and industrial industries.
We are able to offer services primarily to the Pacific Northwest in design build, low voltage, telecommunications, and continual preventative maintenance. IESCI has a highly experienced team of trade men and women, electrical engineers, pre-construction service personnel, estimators, and field supervisors that are able to design and construct job specifications to meet personalized job criteria. A majority of projects are focused around higher education, commercial and industrial campuses, high rise office and residential buildings and retail.

Design-Build
IESCI Portland operates within a design-build project delivery system and will provide the overall design of the project and the construction needed for completion. This type of project method will allow for the job to be managed in a centralized work flow from initial creation to the finalized product.

Low Voltage and Telecommunications
IESCI Portland has the capabilities and experience to perform projects that require low voltage and telecommunication integration. We will are able to install and maintain systems for your communications and day to day activities in the commercial and industrial markets.

Preventative Maintenance & Service
IESCI Portland is able to provide preventative maintenance and service on constructed electrical systems in order to ensure proper functionality. With over 10 service vehicles, our team of technicians are able travel on site to remedy any issues. Our office also provides preventative maintenance on all systems with routine service.
