We have decades of operational experience in technical markets including the Data Center Industry. We have delivered Data Center projects from 1.5 MW to 75MW, and are capable of resourcing any essential infrastructure that has 24×7/zero down time project of any scale. Our mobile workforce teams are comprised of over 1,100 specialized technical qualified Electricians. Our strong labor base is maintained within IES Electrical’s six main offices with additional satellite locations across the country.
Preconstruction is paramount, from design development to budgeting and value engineering, we bring design/build, VDC and BIM capabilities to optimize every aspect of the project. We keep a keen eye on the economical approach vs the impact on the project through constant evaluation and feedback from the design team. Prefabrication is an integral aspect of any successful Data Center project. We provide full service shops with coordinated detail modeling and specialized assemblies delivered & tagged to match installation on custom racks for more efficient delivery on site.
We utilize pre-project planning and an integrated project delivery material management system to overcome and optimize our supply chain. With a constant focus on improving quality controls to increase overall productivity. Our successful project management approach can adapt to any system. Technology for BIM/VDC is an integrated part our field management. These systems ensure cost and schedule reliability and provide consistent project delivery.
