Block 136 Apartments

IES Commercial & Industrial (IES) was contracted with Andersen Construction C. to provide the electrical construction of a approximately 350,000 SF multi-family residential complex located in the Northwest Pearl District in Portland, OR.

This complex consisted of a 16-story high rise, a five story low rise and 218 residential units. The buildings are built over a two-level below grade parking structure.

Electrical construction included: electrical design and build and BIM modeling services for construction, extensive site utility work, city street lighting, electrical service and distribution, emergency generator systems, exterior lighting, interior lighting and lighting controls, branch power, mechanical/electrical systems, car charging stations, fire alarm, voice, data, security, access controls, CCTV, cable television and distributed antenna systems.
