New Medical Office Building

This project consisted of the construction of a new 20,000 SF medical office building at Keizer Station in Keizer, OR.

IES Commercial & Industrial was contracted to provide the electrical construction, which included utility primary and secondary conductors, site lighting, electrical service and distribution, interior lighting, uninterruptible power systems, mechanical/electrical systems, fire alarm, access controls, security, and nurse call systems.
