New High-End Condominiums

This project consisted of 5 separate buildings with 2 levels of common parking area in Northwest Portland.

The building is located on NW 23rd & Glisan and was constructed to provide a dramatic view of the Willamette River and downtown area.

The building contains a full access control security system with numerous cameras located throughout the parking garage and lobbies. IES Commercial assisted on the design of the electrical system and provided full design of the low voltage systems throughout the site. IES Commercial was responsible for all of the power, lighting, fire alarm and low voltages systems in the building.
